Carol’s membership on Algonquin Highlands Committees as a Councillor included Fire Master Plan, Stanhope Museum, Dorset Museum, Dorset Recreation, Stanhope Recreation, Oxtongue Lake Community Centre and County Waste Management.

As Reeve, Carol remains an Ex Officio member of all Township committees. She is actively involved on the Fire Master Plan committee and as a Council representative of the Drinking Water Source Protection mandate of the Trent Conservation Coalition.

Carol’s current membership on Haliburton County Council standing committees includes Emergency Services, Economic Development, Finance, and Planning.

Carol also sits on the Joint Social Services and Housing Committee and the Community Policing Advisory Committee (CPAC).
